Our product is available from Shopee and designated organic shops over Malaysia as well.
Do I need to login to browse product and start shopping?
You don’t have to log in to browse products but login is required to start shopping.
Who can register an account?
Anyone with an email address can register.
What is the benefit to register an account?
Registering speeds up the ordering process for you, as we would already have your billing and shipping details. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past orders and payment status. You will also get our latest product update/promotion details upon registration.
Will my personal details share to third party after registration?
No, we will not share your personal details to third party for any purposes.
Can I retrieve my username/reset my password if I forgot?

Does Hugging Love deliver to my area?
We deliver to East Malaysia, West Malaysia and certain country. For international shipping kindly contact us for further information.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery takes about 5 business days after your order is placed. Delivery time depends on the delivery destination. Please note that the delivery service does not include Saturdays or Sundays. Do expect delays in delivery during public holidays, extreme bad weather or any type of natural disaster.
What is Hugging Love business hour?
You are welcome to place order online 24 hours. Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
What is your return policy?
No return and refund for all products after order is placed and payment is made. However please do contact us within 24 hours if wrong item received or missing items. We will help accordingly.
